Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Business Day Due Dates ("the App"), a Jira Cloud app provided by Umedrop ("we"), handles data. We, not Atlassian, are responsible for the App's processing of data.

1. Data the App reads. When an automation rule runs or a work item is opened, the App reads the dates and project needed for the calculation (for example the base date, the due date and the project key). These values are used only for that calculation and are not stored.
2. Data the App stores. The App stores only its configuration: the default calendar, the calendar assigned to each project, company holidays, working days, the weekend days and the time zone of each calendar. The App does not store personal data such as names, email addresses or Atlassian account IDs.
3. Where data is stored. All configuration is stored in Atlassian Forge hosted storage, in the same data residency location as your Jira site. The App runs on Atlassian infrastructure only.
4. Sharing. The App does not send data outside Atlassian. We do not sell or share data with third parties.
5. Operational logs. When the App runs, Atlassian's developer platform records technical logs, which we may view to investigate problems. These logs contain only the format of inputs (for example, whether a value is a date or a number), the dates, number of business days and time zone used in a calculation, work item IDs, and error codes. They do not contain work item content, names, email addresses or other personal data. Atlassian's platform makes these logs unavailable after 30 days. Atlassian may also give us aggregated information, such as installation and invocation counts, to operate and improve the App.
6. Retention and deletion. Configuration remains while the App is installed. When the App is uninstalled, its stored configuration is deleted by Atlassian's platform and then removed under Atlassian's data retention policy. If you reinstall the App within 21 days, the previous configuration may be restored on request. You can also ask us to delete it by contacting us.
